Offering Gazelle Champion Mondial AB-frame

AB-Frame built by Gazelle's little frame build shop in Dieren, Netherlands.
This AB is an early 90's example. It features full 531 Competition tubing, Campagnolo dropouts and cable routing along the toptube. The routing was a design influence by the TVM team mechanics. They complained about complications internal routing gave when doing quick maintenance. So along the toptube became the new fashion. Along toptube is superior to on top toptube routing in that it saves weight (less outer cable) and your paint in the long run. Other touches are many leaping Gazelle engravings allover and braze ons for front derailleur and race number. Proper early 90s fade paintjob.
Couple years later the steel frame production in Gazelle’s little frame department stopped. It became too costly to produce steel frames by hand in Holland, while aluminium and carbon were capturing market share.

It is a New Old Stock frame. Even though it can be considered new and hence never built/ridden, it is factually not 100% free of marks, due to moving around in storage.
