hi all, thought i'd empty the garage today of all the old parts and things i no longer use or have time for, so here we go...
1. dawes kickback tandem frame in blue. can not remeber the excat size but suits someone around 5"7+ at the frount and 5"5 at the rear. the frame was slighty damaged when we returned from europe a while ago. the rear end (chain stays) were compressed inwards a bit by easyjet. i've repulled the chainstays out and it seems fine. plus with it being a reynolds tubing (i.e. steel it will bend with out cracking) and would be easy to have a new chain stay put on. looking for £80 put if its of some use to you make a me a fair offer. also included are the original forks, all outer cables, cranks, bb's, chains and the rear mech. also if need there are racks and mudguards for it as well.
2. giro xen helmet, in large. no longer fits as i chopped my dreads of so its now around two sizes to big. never crashed on it. champagine colour. lovely. £50
3. hope big un frount hub, in black, 20mm axle. needs new bearings but at £12 its a bargin.
4. deore v-brake arms, great condition with little use. £8
5. two xt rear mechs, one needs a new jockey wheel and both need the little screw part that the cable runs throw. both good condition. £8 each
6. a deore rear mech, long cage. like mint. £10
7. xt shifters (pair), 9spd well used but with plenty of live left in them. £15
8. pair of shamino shifters, not sure what model due to the age but look like early lx. 7spd £?
9. pair of primo flat pedals, black £10
10. set of flat carbon bars on a reynold 531 stem (came of my tandem) super light £20.
11. set of butterfly bars of my old cross bike. £14
12. raceface 38tooth dh ring £15
13. goldtech draco frount wheel, hope is blue (disc compatable) on a mavic d521 (silver) runs very true and bearings like silk. slight damage to one side of the hub doesnt effect it in any way. 26" £50
14. dt hugi 240 black hub (frount) on mavic x517 rim, again runs true and bearings are like silk. £60
15. shimano xt rear hub on a nice rim (not sure what rim it is but runs very smooth, ideal croos wheel) £25
16. shimano stx frount wheel, again not sure of the rim buts its a great cross wheel. all whells are 26" £20
17. and finally, a kona stinky dee lux frame. frount triangle only, the old yellow and green one (aroun 2001) to be truthful this would take a lot of work to get it rideable but it looks nice hung up, lol. open to offers on this one.
