FTW 1 1/4" stem

I am considering selling my Ultimate, Accutrax forks and stem. What would a reasonable price be for the frame (which needs a seat tube replaced) and the forks and stem?

Can't the frame be ridden with the current seat tube?
If so, I'd say 1000,- (500 + 250 + 250) as a rough estimate (FWIW).
