Get it while you can - rare as can be.

Have matching bars and stem too.

How come there is a seat clamp and a welded seat binder?

It hasnt - the extra bit just holds the rear hanger. It still needs a seat binder clamp. Have a look at other Salsas - its the same I assure you. Weird design. :roll:
