The bars are too narrow for you I'm afraid, the forks are 1&1/8th

Just wondering if those are red Hope Grip Doctor bar end plugs and/or lock on grips with red ends and if they are for sale?

Yes but on has the nut missing that compresses the rubber as you tighten them, any right sized nut and washer would do I suspect. You can have them for £5 posted...immaculate condition
