Perfectly fine but they've lost a bit of the black on the blades

Are these canti or V levers? I found the photo, but can't really tell

They came on a road bike that had flat bars and 105 brakes. So I'm guessing they are for cantis.

I can see if there's a serial number on them tomorrow if you like?
