FS: Dekerf singlespeed *SOLD*

Just bought this from another retrobiker on here, but it is a bit too big for me

DeKerf SSP 19,5". The paint is in bad condition but the substance of the frame is good. Realy small dent in the DT near the BB. No chainsuck!

Is this still available? I might be tempted....
Was this built by Dekerf as a singlespeed, or has it been converted?
Any pics of the dent in the downtube?
How old is it, and what tubeset?
Serial no, so I can make an informed guess?
How tall are yo for it to be too big?
Are you flexible on price?
