Malc, is the Campag QR the type without a nut securing the lever and a 'knurled ridge' around the non-lever end? If so I think it is a Nuovo GS one not a first generation which had the nut securing a straight lever and the 'loop' on the non-lever part. Photo is slightly out of focus to be able to make this out fully.

If I'm wrong then many apologies!
