after the dunwich dynamo im having a bbq for all the retrobikers that come and guess what im 2 mins from the train station for those that are getting the train back to london and else where and tony your more than welcome and so is scott if your fancy a burger/steak and a beer fingers you coming and you to tony

I cut chicken breasts into three pieces ,cut horizontally through,that way you get the full width of the breast but very thin.Cooks quickly,marinades soak in quicker.
Far less chance of under-cooking it
