This is more like it, my dad has a collection of vintage Nortons like this. The fleet is nearly as large as my bike collection. He is spending my inheritence on them >

I think you will find that inheritance is accumulating nicely!

Beautiful bike KeepitSteel, I have some old Kwaks, love em.

Seeing the BSA makes me wonder why they don't relaunch. There is a market waiting!

:)

for some reason ive seen quite a few bsa s in the few days..it must be all this nice weather im having(minor gloat mode engaged)...you should see that place when its very busy...its packed with them all the way down the road....im off out again in the morning for a ten mile ride to have a cuppa in the early sun in beccles

its the bsa owners, they polish them to hell high in the winter
then boom - sunshine
'im oof out love'

It is not that small, but yes a 4 into 1 can get noisy!

No after market exhaust is designed to restrict beyond optimal performance.

Have you ever looked at how small some two stroke single exhausts are?

Of course on a two stroke exhaust tuning is a huge part of performance.

Most fours are pretty capable from the factory, most people are looking for some more noise when they swap them.

I agree with that mate,

dread to think about the pedestrian casualties when electric vehicles are the norm! Fine in places like California where most roads are away from the sidewalks, but here in Blighty there will be carnage!

in Japan you can get an under bonnet sound system that cuts in when your prius is running on batteries that makes engine noises!
