I'm not really into bikes that were made around the time my mum and dad were born but this bike is just stunning.

I didn't even notice the ovalised tubing at first but wow. The way that the seat tube rises above the rear stays, it's like something you'd see on a modern piece of carbon. The frame of the bike looks like it was sculpted from a block.

Just out of interest, how much is it for sale for??

andre boucher was the first manager of jacques Anquetil , ACS (athletic club sottevillais), and maybe Anquetil ride this brand " BARRA" (not this bike)

i wondered how they achieved the continuity of the alloy with the fillet brazing.
it seems to flow all round.
is it silver brazing i suppose it must be.that cant have been easy.
