That's a lovely frame you have there! a Wheeler Ti is a lil' bit of exotica for me. Not to mention you really don't see many of these around - they were prohibitively expensive when new. I'd love to have one but I'm just not buoyant enough to go for this, but I do want to wish you good luck with the sale.
