Frame plugs for internal cables

My Gios has internal cable routing and both of the plastic cinelli plugs are past their best. Does anyone know where I can purchase them from or can I get some with integrated cable stops for the outer cable?

Looks like http://www.giostorino.it stock the top tube internal routing cable plugs if that's what you're after. Did you have any luck getting buying a set of drop outs for your Gios from Italy or anywhere else?

Cheers, I think you may have mistaken me for another member. I havent required new drop outs for mine.
