Frame investigation

Hello. I am new to vintage bicycle staff, so I need help to find the brand on this old frame I found. I tried to find information oin the net with the frame number but I really don't found any helpful info. Thanks

It looks like there are remnants of a head transfer which may point to the possible make .

The way in which the red diagonal band curls looks a bit like that of a Freddie Grubb .

Looks like a basic utility frame as there is a kickstand plate in the background of the bottom bracket shot.

It looks like it has an air brake brake bridge on the rear stays. Late 80's is about when I think they came in .
