Frame id needed.. painted over Titanium? Team USA. Nice!

Need help ID'n this frame... no serial markings or badge.
Has titanium decal, but welds looks like steel. Need to magnet test.

Ok.. got an update. Being told that it was possibly built by Litespeed for Caloi (Brazil) USA racing Team in early 90s.
All the braze-on's match, as do the drop-outs. Was told it might be 1-1/4" head tube, will confirm tomorrow.

The dropout welds look very typical ti to me

I was about to say FRM as it has very similar tubing and cable routing. Beautiful frame nonetheless…

Did the magnet test, it's not steel 2lb14oz

UPDATE: Frame is 100% not steel, did magnet test, weighs in at just under 2lb 14oz. 1-1/8" headtube. BB shell is 70mm and appears to be Italian threaded. Seatpost size is approximately 29mm
