dont know what the outer is made from but they are nylon coated

I've used both on Rock Shox and Fox shocks.

Piece of piss to change with right sized wee socket, a bigger one, washers, nut and bolt.

Oh didnt think they would be teflon ones. Some of mine werent as i recall (unless the coating isnt visible to the eye). I thought they were bronze/phosphor jobbies (not copper!).
