Don't think it's teflon, might be delron.

I fitted these to a shock using just a socket the right size and hard surface to push down on,

Edit. Pushed the existing knackered bushes out with socket, then put bush on hard surface, worktop, lined up shock eye above and carefully pushed down, making sure shock stayed square to bush.

i have the tool just didnt get round to changing the bushes on this shock

can order some and change them before posting if buyer wants to wait
