So is it official, has it gone? Seems like it's only you and me that are missing it so far

I like it better.
Being a roadie as well as a MTB rider I like how already the road section is getting bigger and better. There is a couple of new members and readers rides is filling quick.

Weight weeneies hasn't gone forever. I's just taking a rest whilst we give it's future some thought. To be honest it was really poorly used, if however there is a demand to have it re-instated we will do so. That said if it continues getting 1 post a week it's future will be in the balance.

Really pleased with how the road (and bmx) sections are flourishing. Wish we'd make those changes sooner

Pronlem with weight weenies is it's a reference tool. Once a weight is there why does it need another post until somethign else comes along.
Maybe see about getting a retrobikeweenies database going for only retro stuff instead.

Yup, would agree the forum for the weight listings isn't the best way to store that data. However the discussion forum was also poorly utilised.

Fully agree with that and I don't see the loss of loosing that part. We can just talk in the normal area.

Weight weenies listing section back up - I can see that is a useful resource. Will need to find a more suitable 'home' for it but the listing forum will suffice for the time being.
