Do the Formaggio Parmigiano/Capellini/Rigatoni "retro" jerseys have any historic merit, or are they just spoof?

They're (if you didn't know) names of cheese and types of pasta. good spoof, moght have to get a couple, the roadies round here take themselves far to seriously.

Yes about the italian, but some of them come with a year number and are named "World Jersey", that had me wondering. Thanks.
