Don't know if this one's been done before but which parts in your opinion really had it all?

For me it had to be Onza High Output canti's...they just looked the absolute berrys and had bags of power and modulation. In actual fact they have to be the only retro part that I really wish I hadn't sold.

Syncros forged chainset.

Great form and great performance! And you could polish them to a mirror finish. Wonderful!

IMHO I don't get the allure to these. Everyone I've seen has a crack in it.

+1 also for Flite.

I might also add Chris King headsets, specifically the non-logo ones, for form, but all for function.

Maybe I didn't see enough pairs of HO's. Only ever knew one friend as well as myself who had 'em. As far as I know though his are still going strong.

I'd defo say form for the good old flite and had you asked when I was 20 I'd also have said function....but I'm just not finding them as comfy anymore...although that's maybe just 'cos my ass has gotten fatter.

thumbies and x-lite bar ends for me are perfect form/function combo's.

Flites look good but are no as comfortable as more modern saddles IMHO.

onza's me not know, but they do look cool.
