I have no specific idea, but I can say the following:
It is probably made of SL tube. I have a Colnago Super fork here from SL tube with 173 mm ST, if I remember 688 gr but no with aero fork crown
According to the manufacturer, the eight-character number is maybe a large company. Bianchi, Olmo, Atala or Bottecchia. Romani used 7 characters. But because it hasn't engraving fork crown, the fork wasn't part of a high-end bike. Is there any stamped on dropouts?
