Had good results with products from these guys : http://www.liquidleather.com/ on automotive stuff.

They will match to a colour sample. It's really good on car seats, not sure how it would last on a bike seat though ?

What sort of solution do you require?

Mask the black areas first. I would go with yellow paint. I see that as being something close to lemon yellow + red/ orange based on the photo, which is inaccurate at best.

Best to strip the crap out of it with Acetone first, sand with 360 paper. Rub the colour into the leather first.

Colours like yellow or white benefit from the base colour to be lighter than the intended colour.

Alternatively, send it to me In New Zealand, and I will make it look beautiful.
