I'd say not fixable. The big disadvantage of the EOS is that the seat tube is allowed to flex and in this case, a TIG weld may hold it up for a while but then ..... skip fodder!

I think the addition of some type of spring will suffice..

I was hoping the crack would be at the top of the seat tube collar...

Then I saw the picture of it

Thing is that Al Mega's crack on the headtube easily as well as on the chainstays. I'd say it wasn't worth the hassle unless you can do the welding yourself or for cheap from a mate.
