OK so no pics, not serious enough.

Wifey flies up a tiny climb and parks at the top just in front of me blocking the way. I shout "look out!!" and she shouts "oh no" before I swerve violently, hit the wrong side of a berm and ouch.

Smacked my ankle, tore my pump off its mounting (broken), banged my helmet at the rear (good job I was wearing one), plenty of cuts on the legs and arms.

To add insult to injury, 10 minutes later, once the pain had subsided a bit and I could ride, I managed to get two seperate punctures from thorn bushes and instead of just the thorns, I get half a branch stuck in the tyre, which the rotates around and stick the thorns in my ass!

Then, it rained.

ARGH

Ouch  last time I had a fall was five years ago on my high street and there was a lovely blondie watching when it happened

My sympathies but more importantly did you damage your bike :?:
Flesh heals,metal does not

Definitely, I've got Claims Direct on to her already!

We're still trying to work out whether or not she is at fault for the rain and brambles though. Probably.

there should be a sotm (story of the month) with a prize to cheer the winner up a little  i hate days like that
