See Al, that's what happens when you ruin your VW's handling by removing the suspension

Yeah, that'll just buff out - you'll never know it even happened... ;-)

After she left I stuck a big bogie under the drivers door handle

I'd have kicked the quarter in  and where are these vanparks then ?

I sold one of my mk1 escorts when I moved to a house that lacked a drive ; there was no way I would have left it on the side of a main road . I got a mk2 cortina and one morning found someone had thrown a rock at the door , it was a rare colour for that model too . A previous owner told me it had once been used in a robbery , so it led a very troubled life

Mk2 I had before that was a one owner from new so was solid but the old gent would only ever drive it to the pub , get merry and drive home swiping parked cars on the way ; so it was covered in dents , the whole left side was stoved in  whenever I abandoned it nobody would park anywhere near it .

Someone stole my 100Es petrol cap , what use would that have been to anyone ?

a mate woke up one morning to find someone had walked over her mk2s roof

I'm glad I work a 5 min walk down the road so don't need a car , I'm always paranoid about leaving one of my metal boxes sitting somewhere . Whenever I would leave the stripped out mk1 escort anywhere I was always filled with joy to come back to it and found it hadn't been half inched .

My mate came to collect his Fiat Panda from a previous night out to see a note from the Police

''To the owner, unfortunately we had to right your car after it had been tipped on its side by some drunk people''

He still has the note.

I always try and park away from main entrances where there aren't so many cars parked, but 9 times out of ten when i return there are 2 big mpv's/4x4's parked either side of me. The 4x4 rear doors are the worst, the rear part is always higher than the bump strip on most cars and thats how you get those high up dents.

I haven't ever caught or confronted anyone in the act as some of you guys have, but i can't believe that they were not apologetic and even dare to suggest it was your own fault :? if you asked them would you have hit a parked police car would their answer be the same, somehow i don't think so.

heres some piccies of what yarmouths most prolific offender did to my car to get his next fix...the frella leaning in the car is soco.....(helps when ya dad works at the cop shop....drove the car round to the cop shop and had them working on it within minutes...)they got the tosser and fined him 50 quid.......my rear window was going to cost 400...no car.......this guy was responsible for 90 per cent of car breakins and all they did was slap him on the wrist..
