Fetish for parts??

I like stems in that in such a small and visible part of the bike there is so much room for variations in shape and look.

I'll try list the ones I have or have had:

Ringlé
Kooka
Syncros
FRM
Ibis
Moots
Litespeed
Morati
STM
Easton
Bontrager
Sunn
Thomson

mmm not as many as I first thought! I do appreciate your collection newsboy.

Also I quite like chi-chi bottom brackets for some reason ...

i like ti forks too....

alpinestars, demonchaux, litespeed, brand-x, 2x kona project two and one-off

:D

i think the one on the newsboy is allowed?! the first merlin newsboy prototype was built with a p2 fork too...

I'm all about bike parts - though mostly cranks and hubs, (this month, I think)!

Crankwise I'm all over the place, Syncros Revolutions, RaceFace LP Turbines, Middleburns, older Shimano XT's, even Blackspire Badgers!

Hubs? I like the old WTB GreaseGuards and Paul's high flange SS hubs - but my favorite rear SS hub is for sure On-One's Full Monty!

Newsboy,

I am not amused...what's the fork on the first bike...looks like an acutrax?

Rich

rich, the forks are mentioned in order beneath the pics :) ...unless I'm looking at the wrong forks??

exceptionally rare litespeed built alpinestars ti fork... very lucky find eh newsboy :)

Freaky aheadstem size ?

Have those titanium alpinestars forks got that freaky in-house alpinestar size aheadstem :?: , the aluminium ones I had were threaded to 1-1/4 with a space at the top for a aheadstem that wasn't 1-1/8 or 1-1/4 :!: :!: :!:
