it's not a Yo Eddy; it's the later BOI (Big One Inch); they were made with a 1 1/8 threadless steerer. They were also sold to other companies to run on their frame sets. Probably mid to late 90's for this fork.

I have an early 1" threaded Yo Eddy from 1991 that I'm looking to sell, and I might be interested in this BOI, hmmm.

(More interested in selling my Yo Eddy fork, though)

hmmm, don't want to be too hasty. Please don't take what I wrote as absolute fact. I'd like to get a measurement of the diameter of the legs, before I know for an absolute certainty.

yes, some of them do; there are many variances, thus my pause above. Check out the link to the thread on them, as there are many.
 
He is just listing 1991 since that is the patent date on the sticker. The forks themselves must be from a good deal later if they are indeed 1 1/8th.
