I don't know mate, I have an early 90s alloy MTB frame, been repainted owner told me it was acid yellow and had Fast Eddies on the down tube. There is evidence of the yellow in the cable guides, as it was painted poorly.

I thought far east, truthfully can't find anything apart from a couple of obscure references on RB.

Far east built frame but for European market, just sounds like a name the Germans would use.
