Fast Eddie's mysterious frame - Bill Stevenson ?

Perhaps someone remember this auction I have won on ebay this summer.
The frame is at home since last friday, after a long travel from England and Aveyron in France.
The origins are quite mysterious. You mix a Boulder intrepid for the rear shock and an Alpinestar T24 for the geometry and the small size and you got this Fat Eddies'.
Who is Fast Eddie ? Nothing on the web. The only sign would be the Gary Fisher logo engraved on the dropouts. But nothing like that frame or these dropout in the Gary Fisher catalogs…

No serial number anywhere.
But I still look for one somewhere

For the year, I would say around 1993 (for the "Force 40 linker and the dropouts design…)

The only sign would be the Gary Fisher logo engraved on the dropouts. But nothing like that frame or these dropout in the Gary Fisher catalogs…

Probably, I've got the answer. I think it's a Bill Stevenson made.
The other day, I was reading the december 93 Mountain Bike Action, and I saw this bike, shown in Las Vegas

1) Quite the same geometry with a big horizontal
2) The same headset system
3) The same Risse Racing integrated shock

If there's little differences like the no bent tube on the BB, I have saw that on a Bill Stevenson made bike

Quite the same dropout and a bent seattube…

Who knows how to contact Bill Stevenson ?

OK I see this thread is 3 years old but since it's been bumped did you get an answer?
Could it have something to do with Eddie Irvine, the F1 driver?
Wikipedia claims he was nicknamed Fast Eddie and there were the Eddie Irvine version Pace forks. I think he enjoyed mountain biking as a leisure activity. I don't know, just a thought.
