I think so, strange how you dont see the side of her face that got hit :? , is it also amazing that she was still concious let alone able to speak ?.

Am i alone in being disturbed at the amount of U-Tube users/comment leavers who find this funny :?, maybe i have a wierd sense of humour but i was shocked/horrified.

Not convinced....

The aftermath on her mush isn't very watermelon-esque and the elastic wouldn't have had sufficient energy left on the return to smash the fruit bomb in her face - more likely it'd have stayed whole and laid her out, possibly unconscious. . . . just my opinion, of course.

Having seen it a few times now I think it is fake, but it might just be a staged and edited set, the video presentation suggests something isn't quite right.

The the melon could have easily have been prepped to break up easily (thinning the skin, stabbing it multiple times etc), but it would still hurt a bit, I reckon any redness of the face would be hidden with stage thickness makeup. The return shot could have been filmed separately from a fixed camera and cut together - cheap and effective.

I laughed out loud Jimi, once I saw that she wasn't seriously injured, but I think the youtube/YBF generation laugh at this stuff much more readily.
