I have up for sale my Amp B2 frame from 1992/3.

I imported this frame three or four years ago from the States, it looks like a very low mileage example with the only damage being some chain suck which I started to clean up.

Other than that there are a few soft knicks ove the fuselage as would be expected.

I had intended to polish up the whole frame but the previous owner had removed all the decals and as you can see the 'shadow' of the Amp decal on the seat tube I didn't want to lose that.
It also has the Amp clamp brace on the back.

The stamp on the bottom simply say 'c75'

Seat tube dimension centre to centre 15.5"
Seat tube dimension centre to top 18.5"
Top tube dimension centre to centre 22.5"
1" 1/4 steering tube.

F4 BLT Down Hill forks.
Disk and canti brake compatible
1" 1/8 x 170mm steerer.

All the major linkages are tight, I've never fitted this to a bike and used it.
The prevoius owner had it fitted to his FAT hence the stickers and you can see the Amp sticker on one of the stanchions has been replaced with a Yo Eddy sticker.

Below is some info I've found from the original catalogue. Look at that price!!

There is also a 1 1/8" threadless aluminum possibility. $ 554.99

Prices:

For the forks: £100 Posted in the UK (Now Sold).

Payment as a Paypal gift or.............I'm based near Yeovil in Somerset if you would like to collect.

This reluctant sale comes a result of me being caught out by the weather on Friday. I hit an unsighted area of water on the road which dragged me on to the grass verge before hitting the telegraph pole and rolling over. It was an old c class merc which the insurance company doesn't value as much as I did. :(

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Bad luck with the crash... mind you, I'm sure you appreciate down there that there was only bent metal involved...

I take it you can't get a decent C Class for what the insurance are offering?

You can have 2nd dibs mate - My girlfriend would string me up if I came home with more bike bits, especially as I've just sold a whole load!

No, even if you plead your case they don't really understand. P reg, full service history and 150k miles = £250 prounds.

That said it handled the impact really well, I would have another on that basis alone. The medics thought I should of had a week in hospital, as it was I walked away with a stiff neck.
