Explosif seat tube f mech band size?

What a seat tube, 30mm at the post clamp, 28mm between the botle cage bosses and 34mm on the BB.

So what Front mech do I buy for it:

My Kilauea has a 30.0 seat clamp & I think the front mech band is 28.6

Maybe :?

It certainly needs a high-band mech, probably a 28.6 but I can't remember for sure what my 92 Cinder Cone had - high-band mechs were the norm in those days and the seat tubes often used to be bulge-butted near the junction with the bb, so you can't fit a low-band mech anyway.

As I said in the other thread, that is definitely a 92 frame with 94 decals. If it is an Explosif, it probably means that it's been resprayed and that's when it was given the non-standard decals. Red wasn't the standard colour for a 92 Explosif, but the Explosif Pro model that year had custom paint, so it's not impossible that it's the original paint.
