Exage rear mech

Neoleaver

Retro Newbie
Replacement needed for bent and buggered Exage country rear mech that will be coming off an MBK 'Adventure' with a full Exage 'country', bio pace component package, frame is a garish orange to yellow fade with 'shellsuitesque' graphics, anyone know if my bike is an '88 model?(spec looks just like in picures of an '88 Kona fire mountain) May consider a minor upgrade on the Rear mech as long as its cheap! Hope I kind find one cos the rest of the bike's in good nick.

slight upgrade - 1988 ish Deore. Very good condition, just a bit of scratching to the bottom of the name plate. Excellent lockeys. £13 posted.

cheers mate, does it have a model code stamped on the back? looks like it could be ideal but pretty sure they were for the six speed cassette and maybe a little earlier (which is fine) Just wanna make sure it'll be compatible with a 7 speed setup. (not the worlds greatest bike tech)

Got this Exage mech needs a good clean and a cable bolt which you could just take from your old one £8 posted

I have an Exage Trial long-cage rear you can have but it needs jockeys, inner plate, barrell adjuster and the bolt that prevents the cage from pinging back. The body is very clean and you can transplant your bits onto it.

You can have it for shipping only. PM me if interested.
