Note there is no close up of the bottom bracket accept underneath in order to throw you off the trail of that potential worrisome area, yet there are close ups of all the other areas that have welds - so I would say its cracked but for 1 pound you've lost nothing & he's lost costs in postage but I wonder if it would even be sent as he has lost out.........................

In the end I contacted the seller and asked if he could look properly before sending it, got a very apologetic reply saying yes it's cracked, he 'hadn't noticed', and he'd only bought the frame to strip for parts.

Got refund, whether he really knew about it beforehand, who can say, but he was risking his very high positive feedback if so I would have thought, so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. As they say, if it looks too good to be true.... :roll:
