Elite? What is it?

Anyone seen one of these before? Came out of a local collection, had mostly Zeus parts with Sachs mechs and Milremo gold bits. Nicely made and light, Campy dropouts at both ends and Italian threaded BB. Possibly French or Spanish?

I'm thinking something that a local shop put decals on for a local market, but that doesn't solve the mystery of who the maker was. No markings on the steer tube.

Sounds most likely to me. It looks very Italian, and the Zeus parts suggest a Spanish connection of course, so maybe Italian made for distribution elsewhere. The heart shapes on the lugs makes me think of De Rosa, but that could be a red herring.

It looks top quality, anyway.
