Ratio of salt to water is easy. Once the salt stops dissolving. Complete saturation.

The gas is hydrogen from one side and oxygen from the other.

Yes, use it regularly. I use the 5v out put. I also use it for plating.

Complete and safely back on the bike. I ended up filling the text again with a black ceramic pen (the sort you can use to draw on a coffee cup) which worked really well.

It seems you don't need much depth of etch to give a good 3D effect. Night have a crack elat this myself
