So, I don't want to start any arguments, just an anonymous poll to see if our hobby has any effect on our political leanings. I have restricted the poll to the 3 main parties and other a la conventional pollsters.

I'll start which obviously means I will not be anonymous, but the rest will! ;)

Or Other could be Plaid Cymru, Scottish Nationals, any of the parties in N.I., and in Port Talbot you could have voted for Captain Beany ... a local celebrity because he raises money for charities by sitting in a bath full of baked beans! He's even had his name changed through depoll to Captain Beany!! Lol!! 8)

And, no, I'm not telling which way I voted either!!

All credibility in British politics died with David 'Screaming Lord' Sutch! :(

I'd say after 1951. it's been on a downward slope ever since

Credit to Labour for Northern Ireland peace, but that's about it for me. IMO Tony Blair was the worst thing to happen to British politics, more so than any other person in history, he brought about a Presidential style ruling without any of the checks, just look at the surge in Lib Dems because of one person, the local Lib dem guy might be a useless tool, but people are voting Lib Dems just because Clegg gave a good debate (which he does every week in PM's Q's).
Even under Maggie we were ruled by a strong cabinet, as it should be! Not just one person voted by that particular party to lead. If the Tories don't win then we will have David Milliband as PM because there is no way Lib Dems would have a coalition with Brown. Milliband <shudders>

Whats m8? is it like MI5 and MI6??

I'd vote for an old dog's cock rather than have any more Brown.

Clegg? I like him, would be a good PM but would his party make a good government? Mmmmmmmmmmm Not sure.

I live in a Scottish Labour very safe seat. Labour has held it uncontested in any major way since its creation in 1955

Consequently I vote for whoever has the best chance of shifting they're red behinds, and consequently nobody I've ever voted for in the last 22 years has ever been elected. Wish I lived in a marginal constituency
