Eddy Merckx corsa extra

I'm building a Eddy Merckx corsa extra to go and do L erocia out in Tuscany .
Can anyone give me any advice on tubular choice and size please?
My own thoughts are Veloflex or FMB's .

I did it on Challenge Strada 25c. They were adequate, and didn't puncture. If you can get anything fatter into your frame, I would - I was using Deltas and had no more space. The strade bianche are brutal if it's dry - rutted to hell and back - and there's very little traction on the steep climbs, so the wider and lower pressure you can go, the better.
