Excellent German brand, that have come mostly from the ranks of cyclocross bikes.
I had a set of their Titanium forks and the craftsmanship is second to none.
They are only really marketed in Germany and surrounding countries.
They make some very interesting cranks too.

You will find that their pricing is very competitive as well.

they are all welded in russia by former submarine welders.
the coordination/branding is done in germany (berlin), also the finish of the frames.
the quality is ok and good value for the money.
but the quality (or beauty?) of welds etc is of course in no way comparable to moots, seven, you name it.
i have a kocmo race bike (road master) which is very stiff (maybe one of the stiffest titanium race bike frames). even has 6AL-4V main tubes. will sell in in the next time due to new project horizons
