Looks like it's going to be business as usual on the weather front then :)

Thankfully just a bit damp. No mention of monsoon rains/hail worthy of a news report/some sort of weird mini ice age!

See you tomorrow.

Re:

Thanks to mark for the ride and hospitality including an excellent chilli and to Carl for domestique duties towards the end.

It's a Hawker Hunter.

On sofa. Pass the ralgex!

Re:

Well, I really enjoyed that. The weather was a lot kinder to us than the forecast promised with the rain holding off until we got back.

A shade under the 35 miles saw us ride on both Staffordshire and Shropshire roads. Karl on the Raleigh, Jason on the Schill (Sp) and me on the fixed Kowal. This was due to a mudguard crisis with my nice new slightly taller tyres simply not fitting under the mudguard at the front. Some major surgery needed. I have a plan!

I'm sure someone will post the route up. I can do it when I get the PC out in a bit.

Thanks to The History Man for the bottle of wine. My wife is finishing it at the moment and I'm afraid the kids found the Wagon Wheels!

Here is our only picture of us just prior to setting out.
