I'm wanting to know more about the tube sets that Easton had BITD but I'm obviously using the wrong key words as I'm not getting many hits. They supplied hundreds of different companies, so there must be some data available! Can someone point me in the right direction?

Easton did produce an excellent series of at least 11 R&D report/articles about frames and aluminium.
I have been able to hoover up most of them over the years...attached.

All the best,

Brilliant, thank you. About the best I could find was in an Alpinestars brochure from 1992 which talks about their ProGram tubing; E9 & Vari Lite but it's light on detail.

I don't suppose you know anything about Columbus Altec OR? scan0010.jpg

So onto the tubesets:
Easton 7005 MTB came in UltraLite, Elite and FS specs.
There is one called Elan, but I've never been able to pin that spec down. I suspect it was lower spec than Elite, for Taiwan production.
