I think it is the same frame. How was the serial number on your frame? Totally different series?

The serial number on my frame is 19W13, so slightly different
and sure, the 8900 is by far the whole grail of a Wheeler bike!
It was designed or even build by Kent Eriksen, that's also mentioned of the piece of the sticker at your bike above the BB.
Mike Kluge was using this for selected races.
Maybe you have bought back in time a frame set only, because all the ones I have seen had all an Marzocchi fork.
It was sold 92-93, to me the ones with yellow decals should be 93 models.

Very cool. I almost pulled the trigger on one of these recently, but somehow managed not to. It looks like one of the earlier ones. I think the YBB came out around 1988 in steel form and that looks a bit more like the rear shock on it. Eriksen started with titanium in 1991, but no real consistent production bikes appeared until a couple years later.
You can get a decal kit from velocals if you want. It would surely would have had the old Mr. Moots logos on it (if not a wheeler).
