Early 90’s Steel MTB wanted

I’m looking for an early 90’s Mountain Bike to use as my retro commuter, I’m 6ft3 so looking at 19/20” frames, Looking for old school steel frames, so things like Marin, GT, Kona, Trek, can up the budget to £350 for the perfect bike...whats available?

I have an early 90's GT Outpost, 22" centre to top, 20" centre to centre. It is a bit scruffy hence £30.

I also have a 20" Saracen e-stay I am considering selling in the spring : viewtopic.php?f=6&t=370879&start=10 scroll to the bottom of the page for the 'post clean-up' photos.

I have a slightly later Marin posted in the MTB for sale section that you can have a look at if you like, although someone else is considering it and I wouldn't want to screw anyone over.

Hi I have a 19" Saracen team for sale '96 I think as the frame number starts with96.
its green wishbone sear stays and id hardly marked with all original equipment aas far as I csn tell.
Deore LX chainset and gears Parallax hubs, mavic 217 rims ,
will sort some pictures out.

i have a 88-89 ridgeback 605 competition series.tange fillet brazed 22" frame in excellent condition.
its all original with earlier xt groupset. the condition of the bike is that good it was displayed at this years iconno, there is a pic of it on the iconno section from this year.... these bikes are very very rare and were £850 back in 88-89 and were top of the ridgeback range back then......

with all this in mind and the rarity and condition of the bike then your max price budget would buy it

I can offer this:

Saracen Tufftrax. I had the frame and fork media blasted and powder coated sky blue then Waxoyled the inside of all the tubes. It was built up with new rims, headset chain, cassette etc. It has a Tange MTB sticker on it because I had one. I think this has been ridden twice on hardpack since being built, under 100 miles. I'm after £250 collected or postage at cost.
