Dura ace AX stem parts?

Hi All,
Looking for some parts to complete a Dura ace AX, 1980's era stem.

I need the special cresent shaped serrated steel locking plate that sits within the alloy stem and is pushed against the bars by the locking screw.
I also need the special Dura ace screwed cap that blanks off the hole on the rear of the stem through which you can acess the locking screws for both the hex head screws for the handlebar securing screw and the more traditional stem expanding wedge that locks into the fork steerer.

Sorry if all this is a bit confusing but if you have seen an Dura ace AX stem you will know what I mean!

Hi, one of our Dutch friends has had the blue caps, but I think they are 600AX, if I recall the DA AX are chrome and a little rare. I do recall a thread on LFGSS about getting some copies made but cannot find it now.

I have a friend that make those stem caps in aluminium instead of plastic. He has spares ones and i will post here in 1 our a photo

Thanks to all who replied.
I posted the request for a friend. I will contact him tomorrow and see if he wants to go ahead and order a replica cap.
He may wish to wait until we can find the steel locking wedge to clamp the handlebars, as sadly the stem is no good without that part.
I will update when I have any more news.
