470mm axle to crown so yes but have used them on a 26inch Cove Hummer no problem so suitable from 26-29 depending on frame…

Need to measure a-c on existing rigid forks… might make an offer depending on what tape measure tells me.

Is the red headset expanding top cap in included ? Guessing the carbon steerer needs special treatment ?
