Downer

At least in the last year or so there has been a real admission from the medical profession that depression is a genuine problem, and one that is way more common than most people would think. Thankfully the days of people saying "for christsake just give yourself a shake" have gone.

Chin up mate.

looking back at my thread it was definitely something missing.

Eat a few bananas and go for a ride.

Best of luck.

BTW, to get me out of a bad funk I watch Band of Brothers on DVD, reminds me that I'm a lucky sod.

I have 2 friends who suffer with depression on and off. It is quite upsetting as their friend as there is little i can do to help. One of them used to turn his phone off for an entire weekend. He lived 60 miles away at the time and more than once i've driven over there just to make sure he's alright on the off chance he's in. He controls it with pills now. I'm not a fan of pills but he was depressed because of chemicals in his body. If the pills sort that out then fair enough. At least they have given him his life back.

Go see your doctor bud.
