I was out a couple of weeks ago, and at the top of a particlarly steep & long climb,
I almost collapsed over the bars, saying out loud "It hurt's ...., it hurt's" as my chest felt like it was gonna explode.

The two joggers who i never noticed were slightly concerned as they ran past

But I too give myself a talking to out loud if I screw a maneuver up
