Disc Mounting 1999 Klein

I wanna stick some Avid Juicy 3's onto my 1999 Klein Attitude, can anyone suggest how I mount the rear assembly onto my chainstay mounts? see pics. Any help gratefully received.

that's a 22mm hayes mount
