If you can wait until this time tomorrow before putting it on Ebay, I'll have a word with a mate of mine who's been thinking about building a SS (I can't get hold of him before then as he works shifts). Like me he's not in the UK though 
He's about six foot - at 23.75" that frame should be long enough in the top tube I reckon?
Obviously if any else wants to turn all decisive and sensible
and snap this up in the meantime then all well and good, as I can't guarantee my mate wanting it anyway.
