It would be posting a frame to the US with some additional customs paperwork as opposed to posting to Enigma.
Essentially with the crack in it it's scrap metal to anyone looking at it. I wouldn't touch a cracked frame or a welded one. Sorry but you wouldn't be getting more than a couple of hundred for a crack repaired frame in my eyes. And how much would the repair cost you?
Drop DeSalvo an email and see what they say. I'm sure when folks started welding that top piece onto the seat tube it was to prevent cracks there as even once repaired they were prone to cracking again. Something to do with aluminium sleeves being used previously but don't quote me on that. A load of Lynskey frames failed there.
Imagine they honoured a Lifetime warranty and you get a new frame out it? You don't know until you try.
